REPAIR POLICY

(January 10, 2007)
1: All merchandise that is covered under manufactures warrantee has to have proof of purchase and warranty sent in with it.

2: A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to any merchandise sent in that is under warranty and that was not purchased at Galloway Digital Photo.

3: Galloway Photo never has or ever will warrantee any product other than photofinishing; this is the only product we manufacture.

4: If a loaner is used, the customer is responsible to either return it to Galloway Digital Photo or pay for it.

5: The following prices must be collected at the time the item is left for repairs. The prices include shipping, handling, sales tax, minor parts, and or minor repairs. (All repairs are subject to revised estimates if major parts or other factory assistance is required and then these charges would increase.)

5A: No electronic flashes that are not under warranty.

5B: All point and shoot type film or digital cameras collect ($150)

5C: Single lens reflex camera bodies film or digital collect ($200)

5D: All lenses collect ($200)

6: Galloway Digital Photo is in no way responsible for customer's merchandise, it is already defective or we would not be sending it for repair.

Returns: We accept returns on the condition that they are unopened and we are contacted about the
items within 7 days of delivery. We will refund your money less a 15% restocking fee.
No refunds on consumable products including but not limited to recordable media, film,
digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs etc.
